About Jane

Having practiced family law for more than 27 years, I offer a variety of alternatives and resources to my clients, including collaboration, mediation and consulting services. Having participated in the litigation system for the first 19 years of my practice, I am truly inspired by the opportunities that the collaborative approach provides to those who are in the unfortunate circumstance of having to separate a marriage or living together relationship.
In offering the collaborative process as an alternative to my family law clients, I am confident in the knowledge that their emotional and financial needs will be addressed in addition to their legal issues. With the assistance of a collaborative team that is focused on the family's best interests, we do a lot of behind the scenes work in addition to working directly with our clients to create win-win resolutions, allowing couples (and their children) to move forward with their post-separation lives in a more positive and productive manner. It is my hope that the litigation model will soon be replaced by collaborative and mediation alternatives.
